This always comes up around cold and flu season, but I was recently reminded of it when a dear friend of mine expressed that his wife was ill. This immune boosting tea has become a staple in our family at the first signs of illness but till now I have never written it in proper form as a recipe. Drink this tea two times daily when you’re sick and it will keep you well-hydrated and give your immune system a serious boost to naturally fight illness and recover faster.

Totally Immune Booster Tea
immune booster tea for adults
- 1 in Fresh ginger root (grated)
- 4 TBSP Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3 TBSP Dark honey ((darker the better))
When your water is boiled, pour and Cover it up and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Strain into a tea cup and enjoy!
Makes enough to be kept in a thermos to be drank throughout the day
