It’s Totally Immune Booster Tea By It's Totally Life - October 12, 2017

This always comes up around cold and flu season, but I was recently reminded of it when a dear friend of mine expressed that his wife was ill. This immune boosting tea has become a staple in our family at the first signs of illness but till now I have never written it in proper form as a recipe. Drink this tea two times daily when you’re sick and it will keep you well-hydrated and give your immune system a serious boost to naturally fight illness and recover faster.

immune booster tea for adults
  • 1 in Fresh ginger root grated
  • 4 TBSP Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 TBSP Dark honey (darker the better)
  1. When your water is boiled, pour and Cover it up and let it sit for 20 minutes.

  2. Strain into a tea cup and enjoy!

Makes enough to be kept in  a thermos to be drank throughout the day
